From start to finish, our experience at the hotel was amazing. The rooms were unpleasantly dirty when we arrived, and we've stayed at 3-star hotels that have been cleaner and better quality. Despite facing the pool where you could *technically* see about 3 inches of sea horizon over the opposing building, overall, it was a decent stay.
The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms overlooking the pool with a large balcony. The service is top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. While the location is peaceful and well-cared for, it might not be ideal for those seeking a vibrant area with lots to do. The dining experience, particularly the Italian buffet, had its ups and downs. Overall, the facilities are great, making for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the Laguna Hotel between July 10th and July 17th in room 420 was delightful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by our lovely cleaner. Fresh towels and drinks were a lovely touch each day. The location was beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to a main resort for shopping and entertainment. The dining experience offered a good variety of Greek and international dishes, although some parents needed to supervise their unruly children better in the buffet area.
My stay at Mitsis Blue Domes in Kos was a bit of a letdown, but luckily, we were relocated to the Mitsis Laguna in Crete, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. The change of island worked out well for us, and we were more than happy with the shift. While the Mitsis Blue Domes disappointed us, Mitsis Laguna in Crete exceeded our expectations, making our holiday memorable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms and a picturesque view overlooking the sea. The staff was attentive, especially Kostas, Michali, and Manos, under the leadership of Antonios. The location is beautiful, offering daily sunsets, although a bit isolated for shopping and nightlife. The dining options were varied with tasty choices, and the facilities were well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were fantastic with double doors opening out poolside, providing a lovely private patio with chairs and loungers. The view over the moat and other rooms added to the charm, especially being close to the pools and water slides. However, the location may not be ideal for those seeking nearby shopping or nightlife options.
